Position: Guest Service Agent (Chinese Speaker)

Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests, specializing in assisting Chinese speaking guests.
• Perform seamless check in and check out procedures in English and Chinese.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns efficiently and courteously.
• Facilitate communication between Chinese speaking guests and other hotel departments.
• Manage reservations, answer phone calls, and provide information about hotel services.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 (Two) years experience as a Guest Service Agent at a 5 star hotel.
• **Must be fluent in Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) and English.**
• Technology savvy with excellence office administration, communication and analytical skills.
• Familiar with all nature of hotel operations.
• Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong passion for guest service.
• Having pre-opening experience is an advantage.
