Position: Guest Service Agent
Responsibilities:
- Perform all check in and check out tasks in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage online and phone reservations and inquiries.
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms.
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities.
- Respond to guest complaints promptly and professionally, resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Guest Service Agent or in a similar Front Office role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS).
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for hospitality.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
- Willingness to learn and develop through Accor’s learning programs.
