Position: Lady in Red Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the Lady in Red team, Kempinski’s unique brand ambassadors.
- Ensure a personalized and memorable experience for all guests, particularly VIPs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest feedback, requests, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with all hotel departments to anticipate and fulfill guest needs.
- Embody and champion the highest standards of European luxury and service.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a senior Guest Relations or Front Office leadership role within a five star luxury hotel.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills.
- Immaculate personal presentation and a poised, professional demeanor.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written), additional languages are a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a diverse team.
- Deep understanding of luxury guest expectations.
- Extensive knowledge of Jakarta’s attractions and business landscape.
