Position: Lady in Red Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the Lady in Red team, Kempinski’s unique brand ambassadors.
• Ensure a personalized and memorable experience for all guests, particularly VIPs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for guest feedback, requests, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with all hotel departments to anticipate and fulfill guest needs.
• Embody and champion the highest standards of European luxury and service.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years experience in a senior Guest Relations or Front Office leadership role within a five star luxury hotel.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills.
• Immaculate personal presentation and a poised, professional demeanor.
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written), additional languages are a plus.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a diverse team.
• Deep understanding of luxury guest expectations.
• Extensive knowledge of Jakarta’s attractions and business landscape.
