Position: Steward Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all stewarding operations, including dishwashing, equipment cleaning, and waste management.
• Manage the inventory of chemicals, cleaning supplies, and kitchen equipment.
• Train, schedule, and evaluate the performance of the stewarding team.
• Ensure strict adherence to all hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Collaborate with the culinary and F&B service teams to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Steward Supervisor or in a senior stewarding role.
• In depth knowledge of HACCP and kitchen sanitation regulations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
• Flexible to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting.
