Position: STEWARD (DAILY WORKER)

Responsibilities:

• Operate dishwashing machines to clean chinaware, glassware, and cutlery.
• Manually wash and sanitize pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all kitchen and dishwashing areas.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed by the culinary team.
• Properly manage waste disposal and maintain sanitation standards.

Qualifications:

• Excellent English interpersonal communication skills
• More than 6 months of experience in the relevant department with international clientele experience
• Experience in luxury hotels/resorts in Southeast Asia would be advantageous
• Diploma in Hospitality Tourism/ Hotel Management or equivalent
• Honest, high initiative, and outgoing personality
• Fully embrace sustainability efforts
• Able to speak Mandarin is highly preferable
