Position: Reservation Executive

Responsibilities:

• Handle all incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online channels.
• Process bookings, modifications, and cancellations accurately.
• Provide guests with information on room types, rates, and promotions.
• Work closely with the Revenue and Sales teams to maximize occupancy.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and booking records in the PMS.

Qualifications:

• Experience in hotel reservations or front office is required.
• Proficient in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and reservation systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong sales and upselling abilities.
• Detail oriented and highly organized.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
