Position: Chief Steward

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all stewarding operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all F&B areas.
• Manage the inventory, storage, and maintenance of all chinaware, glassware, and silverware.
• Lead, train, and schedule the stewarding team.
• Implement and monitor HACCP and food safety standards.
• Control departmental expenses, including chemicals and cleaning supplies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chief Steward or Assistant Chief Steward in a 5 star hotel.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation guidelines, chemical handling, and kitchen equipment.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, high volume environment.
• A proactive approach to cleanliness and hygiene.
• Based in Bandung.
