Position: Admin Sales Marketing

Responsibilities:

• Support the Sales & Marketing team with administrative tasks
• Manage customer database, correspondence, and documentation
• Coordinate with other departments
• Prepare regular sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
• Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone and email, directing them to the appropriate sales manager.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience in the same position
• Minimum D1 in Hospitality or Administration Management
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Able to work independently or in a team
• Strong attention to detail for accurate database management.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks.
