Position: Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation to support departmental goals.
• Coordinate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery.
• Support management in achieving operational targets and maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Monitor financial transactions, inventory, and cost control measures.
• Uphold the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and teamwork.

Key Requirements:

• Relevant experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry (minimum 2 years for Assistant F&B Manager).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Detail oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
• Good computer literacy (especially Microsoft Office and relevant hotel systems).
• Hands on, service oriented, and fluent in English.
• A positive attitude with the ability to lead or support a team effectively.
