Position: Cashier
Responsibilities:
- Process guest payments accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Handle all cash, credit card, and room charge transactions.
- Prepare and balance cash floats at the start and end of shifts.
- Issue receipts, refunds, or change to guests.
- Reconcile daily sales and prepare cash-up reports for the finance department.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a cashier, preferably in a hotel or F&B outlet.
- Proficiency with POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Strong numeracy skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Honest, trustworthy, and responsible.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
