Position: Server
Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to guests.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and make recommendations.
- Serve food and drinks in accordance with service standards.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly.
- Process guest bills and handle payments.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Server in a fast paced, high quality restaurant or hotel.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- A positive, energetic, and engaging personality.
- Strong sales skills and knowledge of F&B products.
- Must be a team player and able to work under pressure.
- Well groomed and professional appearance.
