Position: Laundry Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the laundry team.
• Assist the Laundry Manager in training and staff scheduling.
• Conduct quality checks on all finished laundry items.
• Ensure timely processing of guest laundry and hotel linens.
• Monitor the use of chemicals and supplies, reporting needs to the manager.
• Operate laundry equipment as needed and ensure safety protocols are followed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a hotel laundry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Good understanding of laundry operations and equipment.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience in a Nusa Dua or Bali-based resort is an advantage.
