Position: Laundry Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all laundry department operations, including washing, drying, ironing, and folding.
- Manage and train all laundry staff, ensuring adherence to Hilton’s service standards.
- Maintain and manage inventory of linens, uniforms, and cleaning supplies.
- Ensure all laundry equipment is properly maintained and operated safely.
- Manage the department budget, control costs, and prepare operational reports.
- Uphold strict hygiene and quality control standards for all processed items.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a laundry management role, preferably in a 5-star resort.
- Strong knowledge of laundry machinery, chemicals, and fabrics.
- Excellent leadership, training, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and control operational costs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiarity with hotel operations in the Bali market.
