Position: Cashier

Responsibilities:

• Process guest payments accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Handle all cash, credit card, and room charge transactions.
• Prepare and balance cash floats at the start and end of shifts.
• Issue receipts, refunds, or change to guests.
• Reconcile daily sales and prepare cash-up reports for the finance department.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a cashier, preferably in a hotel or F&B outlet.
• Proficiency with POS (Point of Sale) systems.
• Strong numeracy skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Honest, trustworthy, and responsible.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
