Position: Assistant Food & Beverage Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation to support departmental goals.
- Coordinate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery.
- Support management in achieving operational targets and maintaining guest satisfaction.
- Monitor financial transactions, inventory, and cost control measures.
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and teamwork.
Key Requirements:
- Relevant experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry (minimum 2 years for Assistant F&B Manager).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Detail oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Good computer literacy (especially Microsoft Office and relevant hotel systems).
- Hands on, service oriented, and fluent in English.
- A positive attitude with the ability to lead or support a team effectively.
