Position: Commis

Responsibilities:

• Assist senior chefs in food preparation and cooking.
• Set up and maintain a clean, organized, and stocked workstation.
• Follow recipes and presentation standards accurately.
• Adhere to all kitchen hygiene and safety regulations.
• Support the team in daily kitchen operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Commis in a professional kitchen.
• Culinary school diploma or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety.
• Hardworking, reliable, and able to learn quickly.
• A positive attitude and a strong team player.
