Position: F&B Host

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an F&B Host or Hostess in a fine dining restaurant or luxury resort.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English.
• Warm, engaging personality with a passion for hospitality.
• Professional appearance and grooming standards.
• Experience with restaurant reservation systems and POS software.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage seating arrangements.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to all guests arriving at the restaurant.
• Manage restaurant reservations, walk in guests, and seating charts to optimize table turnover.
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and take reservations accurately.
• Communicate effectively with the service and kitchen teams regarding guest flow and special requests.
