Position: Front Desk Agent

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional check-in and check-out services, ensuring a smooth and unforgettable experience for every guest.
  • Manage all front office transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining high standards of organizational skills.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly, utilizing managerial and problem-solver skill to achieve rapid resolution.
  • Maintain excellent communication with other departments (Housekeeping, F&B) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Assist Mandarin-speaking guests with personalized communication, leveraging preferred language skills.

Qualifications:

  • Min. 1 year experience in the same position in a busy city hotel environment in Jakarta.
  • Good communication and organization skills, essential for a guest-facing role.
  • Demonstrably strong managerial and problem solver skill to handle guest issues independently and professionally.
  • Mandarin Speaker is preferred to cater to the hotel’s diverse international clientele.
  • Possesses an outgoing personality and dedication to service excellence.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
