Position: Duty Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire hotel operation during assigned shifts, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring smooth, efficient service delivery.
• Lead and supervise all operational departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B) to maintain high brand standards and guest satisfaction.
• Handle complex guest concerns, complaints, and emergency situations with professionalism, quick thinking, and managerial skill.
• Ensure the security and safety of all guests, colleagues, and hotel assets during the duty period.
• Conduct shift briefings, manage operational handovers, and prepare detailed shift reports for the management team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in the same or similar supervisory/managerial position in a reputable hotel, preferably within the Jakarta area.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and delegation skills for managing cross-departmental operations effectively.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, essential for handling high-pressure situations.
• Target-oriented and highly motivated with a strong understanding of essential hotel operational metrics.
• Ability to work efficiently under time constraints and demanding circumstances inherent to a duty manager role.
• Proficiency in hotel management systems (PMS) and front office procedures.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written, is mandatory for international guest communication.
