Position: Sales Manager – Rooms
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans specifically focused on maximizing room occupancy and revenue in the Central Jakarta area.
- Actively acquire new corporate, travel agent, and group accounts for the Rooms segment, leveraging the hotel’s prime location.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing high-value clients to ensure repeat business and volume generation.
- Conduct sales calls, negotiations, and presentations to potential clients, clearly communicating the value of Pullman Jakarta Indonesia.
- Collaborate closely with the Revenue Management team to optimize pricing strategies and inventory allocation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager specializing in the Rooms segment, preferably in a 5-star hotel in the Jakarta CBD.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a deep understanding of corporate and wholesale segments.
- Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to achieve ambitious sales targets and drive significant room revenue growth.
- In-depth knowledge of the Central Jakarta market, competitors, and major business districts.
- Proficiency in hotel sales software (CRM) and market analysis tools.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and strategic thinker.
