Position: Director of Sales

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive Sales & Marketing strategies to maximize hotel revenue and market share in Yogyakarta.
• Lead and inspire the sales team, setting clear targets and providing the necessary support and mentorship to achieve great results.
• Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with key corporate clients, travel agents, and partners through effective networking.
• Oversee the negotiation of contracts and agreements, ensuring profitability and compliance with hotel policies.
• Monitor market awareness and competitor activities, using a target-oriented approach and strong business sense to adapt strategies.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and detailed performance reports for the management team.
• Ensure the hotel brand standards and service quality are maintained throughout all sales interactions and guest experiences.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of proven, progressive experience in the same or similar senior sales leadership position, preferably in a hotel setting in Yogyakarta or Central Java.
• Must possess strong leadership and a good, strategic understanding of Sales & Marketing strategies tailored to the local market.
• Excellent communication, sharp negotiation, and robust networking skills are essential for this role.
• Target-oriented with strong business sense and up-to-date market awareness of the Yogyakarta hospitality landscape.
• Must be energetic, inspiring, and able to lead the team toward great, measurable results.
• Ability to analyze sales data and effectively manage a departmental budget.
• Proficiency in relevant hotel sales software and Microsoft Office Suite.
