Position: Sales Manager/Executive (Japanese Native)
Responsibilities:
- Actively acquire and manage corporate accounts and MICE business specifically from the Japanese market segment in Karawang.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the hotel and Japanese clients, utilizing native language fluency to build strong relationships.
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to Japanese corporate clientele and long-stay business.
- Conduct sales calls, negotiations, and site inspections primarily for Japanese clients.
- Maintain expert knowledge of hotel products and services to effectively meet the needs of the Japanese market.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Japanese Native Speaker with fluency in Japanese (verbal and written) and strong English communication skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Executive, preferably handling the Japanese market segment in the hospitality industry.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing sales contracts and documentation.
- Must be a passionate and talented individual ready to take their career to the next level.
- Target-driven and highly motivated to achieve ambitious sales goals in the Karawang industrial area.
