Position: Sales Executive (Mandarin Speaker)
Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate new business leads and drive sales for rooms and events from the Mandarin-speaking client segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Chinese corporate accounts and travel partners, utilizing Mandarin fluency.
- Assist the Sales Manager in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and necessary documentation accurately and promptly.
- Conduct market analysis focused on the Mandarin-speaking segment in Karawang.
- Participate in sales activities to boost hotel visibility within the Chinese and local business communities.
Qualifications:
- Mandarin language fluency (spoken and written) is mandatory to service the high volume of Chinese guests and clients.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the hospitality industry, preferably dealing with the Mandarin-speaking market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be a passionate and talented individual ready to take their career to the next level.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and proactive individual contributor in the Karawang area.
- Proficiency in hotel sales software and Microsoft Office.
