Position: Sales Manager (Government Segment)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting government agencies, ministries, and state-owned enterprises (BUMN) for room and MICE business.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and procurement officers within the government segment.
• Navigate complex governmental procurement processes and tender submissions effectively and compliantly.
• Achieve ambitious sales targets specifically within the government and institutional market.
• Prepare detailed proposals and contracts tailored to government regulations and requirements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager specializing in the Government Segment, BUMN, or institutional sales within the Jakarta/West Java area.
• Deep understanding of government procurement regulations and documentation requirements in Indonesia.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail in handling government contracts.
• Must be a passionate and talented individual ready to take their career to the next level.
• Highly credible, professional demeanor, and a proven track record of success in this specialized segment.
