Position: Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

• Proactively generate new business leads and drive sales for rooms, events, and F&B outlets in the Kemayoran market.
• Assist the Sales Manager in implementing key account strategies and maintaining client relationships.
• Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and necessary documentation accurately and promptly.
• Conduct regular market visits, cold calls, and client appointments to promote hotel services.
• Participate in sales blitzes, trade shows, and relevant industry events to boost hotel visibility.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the hospitality industry in Jakarta.
• Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities for building lasting client relationships.
• Good managerial, interpersonal, motivational, and leadership skills to manage small projects and internal communication.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and proactive individual contributor.
• A strong sense of team spirit and service minded approach, focused on delivering client value.
• Familiarity with the local corporate market, particularly in the Jakarta Pusat and Kemayoran area.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written, for professional business correspondence.
