Position: Front Desk Agent

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional check-in and check-out services, ensuring a smooth and unforgettable experience for every guest in the heart of Jakarta.
  • Manage all front office transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper billing and documentation.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously, utilizing strong customer service skills.
  • Maintain excellent communication with other departments (Housekeeping, F&B) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop a strong knowledge of hotel facilities, local attractions (Bundaran HI, Monumen Nasional), and public transport for guest assistance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience as a Front Desk Agent, GSA, or similar position in a 4-5 star city hotel.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in high-volume operations.
  • Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written, is mandatory for international guest communication.
  • Professional grooming and a pleasant, outgoing personality.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment in Central Jakarta.
