Position: Internship – Guest Experience

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Guest Experience team in enhancing overall guest satisfaction from pre-arrival to post-departure.
• Support Guest Relations and Front Office in handling guest feedback, preferences, and special requests promptly and accurately.
• Shadow management to learn strategic planning and implementation for superior service delivery.
• Actively engage with guests, displaying excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to personalized service.
• Assist in maintaining data related to guest profiles and preferences using the Property Management System (PMS).

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Strong passion for guest interaction, customer service, and creating memorable experiences.
• Excellent team spirit, strong motivation, good personality and appearance.
• Well communication skills, particularly verbal English, are highly desirable.
• Ability to work efficiently and consistently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be highly motivated and eager to learn the operation of an international brand hotel in Makassar.
