Position: Executive Secretary
Responsibilities:
- Provide high level administrative support to the General Manager and executive team.
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, minutes of meetings, and reports.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Good attitude and pleasant personality.
- Strong English communication skills (other languages are an advantage).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a hotel environment.
- Fast learner and able to operate related systems.
- Able to join immediately.
- Exceptional organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office.
