Position: Quality & Hygiene Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Public Health, or Hospitality Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality assurance or hygiene management role, preferably in the hotel industry
- In depth knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and other food safety and hygiene standards
- Certified in food safety and hygiene management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct audits and implement corrective actions
- Excellent training and communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
