Position: Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve hotel revenue goals in the competitive Jakarta market.
- Actively acquire new corporate accounts, travel agents, and MICE business, focusing on the Kemayoran business segment.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing high-value clients to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
- Conduct site inspections, sales calls, and presentations to potential clients effectively.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record (3+ years) as a Sales Manager in a 4-5 star city hotel, preferably within the Jakarta area.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets and drive significant revenue growth.
- Good managerial, interpersonal, motivational, and leadership skills to lead sales efforts.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a deep understanding of corporate and group segment sales.
- A strong sense of team spirit and service minded approach, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, presentations, and report writing in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in hotel sales software (CRM) and market analysis tools.
