Position: Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate new business leads and drive sales for rooms and MICE segments in the Bogor and surrounding areas.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing corporate clients, travel agents, and individual guests.
  • Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and presentations to potential clients effectively.
  • Assist the Sales Manager in preparing sales strategies, reports, and forecasts.
  • Ensure excellent communication and customer service to achieve high client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Experienced as the same role for min 2 years in hotel sales or a related field, preferably within the West Java market.
  • Highly motivated, a good team player, outgoing personality and result-oriented sales professional.
  • Passionate about people and service, with a focus on client relationship management.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with the Social Event Segment (SE) and corporate sales.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a busy sales schedule effectively.
  • Proficiency in using sales management and CRM tools.
