Position: FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

General Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a 5-star hotel environment
• Proven leadership abilities with a strong track record of team development and performance management
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships across all levels
• High level of integrity, professionalism and attention to details
• Good English literate, both oral & written
