Position: Chef de Cuisine – Western

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Executive Sous Chef in a 5 star resort, specializing in Western cuisine
  • Strong leadership, training, and team management skills
  • Expertise in menu development, food costing, and kitchen budget management
  • Creative and passionate about delivering high quality, innovative dishes
  • In depth knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and sanitation standards
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Talented and passionate individual with a dynamic personality
