Position: Sous Chef (25169903)

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Jr. Sous Chef in a 5 star hotel kitchen
• Strong supervisory skills and ability to lead a section or shift
• Excellent cooking skills and deep knowledge of kitchen operations
• Ability to maintain high standards of quality and consistency
• Good understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures
• A team player who is empowered to grow
