Qualifications:
- Experience as a Chef de Cuisine or senior Sous Chef managing a specific restaurant or outlet
- Strong culinary skills and creativity in your specific cuisine specialty
- Excellent leadership, scheduling, and team management abilities
- Responsible for outlet food cost, inventory, and menu development
- High standards of quality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction
