Position: Spanish Jr. Sous Chef

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Jr. Sous Chef or senior Chef de Partie with a strong specialization in Spanish cuisine
• In depth knowledge of authentic Spanish culinary techniques, ingredients, and regional dishes
• Creativity and passion for menu development and presentation
• Experience working in a 5 star hotel or high end standalone restaurant
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and train junior kitchen staff
• Solid understanding of food cost control, kitchen hygiene, and HACCP standards
• Culinary degree from a recognized institution is an advantage
