Position: Assistant Chief Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Support the Chief Engineer in managing all aspects of the hotel’s engineering and maintenance operations.
• Oversee the implementation of preventative maintenance programs for all resort facilities, including MEP and civil structures.
• Assist in managing engineering projects, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure all work is compliant with safety standards and local regulations.
• Lead and supervise the engineering team, providing guidance and training.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil) or equivalent experience.
• Significant experience in hotel engineering, with previous pre-opening experience in Bali being highly advantageous.
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP, HVAC, plumbing, and building maintenance.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of safety and compliance protocols.
• Experience managing maintenance for lifestyle venues like day clubs or night clubs is a plus.
