Position: Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and inspect the work of Room Attendants and Public Area staff to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness.
• Assist in managing housekeeping inventory, including linens, supplies, and amenities.
• Train new and existing housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and service standards.
• Create staff schedules and assign daily tasks.
• Report and follow up on maintenance issues within guest rooms and public areas.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a luxury resort or hotel.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.
• Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of housekeeping management software and inventory control.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced pre-opening environment in Canggu.
• Familiarity with chemical handling and safety standards.
