Position: Laundry Manager

Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage the hotel’s state-of-the-art laundry facility during the pre-opening phase.
• Oversee all laundry operations, including guest laundry, staff uniforms, and hotel linen.
• Implement quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of pressing and finishing.
• Manage laundry chemicals, equipment maintenance, and operational efficiency.
• Train and supervise the laundry team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Laundry Manager in a 5-star luxury hotel with a large in-house laundry.
• Pre-opening experience, including equipment setup and workflow design, is highly desirable.
• Strong technical knowledge of modern laundry equipment and chemical handling.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and cost management skills.
• A passionate hotelier committed to detail and excellence.
• Ability to manage a high-volume operation efficiently.
• Experience in the Surabaya hotel market is a plus.
