Position: Laundry Manager
Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage the hotel’s state-of-the-art laundry facility during the pre-opening phase.
- Oversee all laundry operations, including guest laundry, staff uniforms, and hotel linen.
- Implement quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of pressing and finishing.
- Manage laundry chemicals, equipment maintenance, and operational efficiency.
- Train and supervise the laundry team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Laundry Manager in a 5-star luxury hotel with a large in-house laundry.
- Pre-opening experience, including equipment setup and workflow design, is highly desirable.
- Strong technical knowledge of modern laundry equipment and chemical handling.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and cost management skills.
- A passionate hotelier committed to detail and excellence.
- Ability to manage a high-volume operation efficiently.
- Experience in the Surabaya hotel market is a plus.
