Position: Laundry Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the hotel’s in-house laundry operation.
• Oversee the washing, drying, pressing, and finishing of all hotel linens, uniforms, and guest laundry.
• Ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
• Manage laundry equipment maintenance, chemical procurement, and cost control.
• Train, schedule, and supervise the laundry team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Laundry Manager in a large 5-star hotel with an in-house laundry facility.
• Strong technical knowledge of modern laundry equipment, chemicals, and processes.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Passionate about quality control and operational efficiency.
• Ability to manage inventory and control costs.
• Strong understanding of safety and sanitation standards.
• A talented leader for a dynamic team.
