Position: Pizza Chef

Responsibilities:

• Prepare high quality, authentic pizzas, including dough preparation, stretching, and topping.
• Operate and maintain a pizza oven (e.g., wood fired or gas).
• Develop new pizza recipes and ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
• Manage the pizza station, including inventory and ingredient preparation.
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Pizza Chef (Pizzaiolo), with expertise in dough making.
• Skilled in operating professional pizza ovens.
• Creative and passionate about pizza craft.
• Ability to work quickly and consistently in a high volume environment.
• Experience in a quality restaurant or resort in Bali.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Good knowledge of food safety.
