Position: CDP (Chef de Partie)
Responsibilities:
- Manage a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., grill, garde manger, saucier).
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Supervise and train Demi Chefs and Commis in the section.
- Ensure the station is clean, organized, and stocked.
- Assist the Sous Chef with menu development and inventory control.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high volume, quality kitchen.
- Strong culinary skills and expertise in a specific kitchen section.
- Ability to lead and mentor junior kitchen staff.
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- A passion for cooking and a desire to learn.
- Experience in a pre-opening hotel kitchen in Bali is beneficial.
