Position: Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of corporate and/or leisure accounts to drive room revenue.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Jakarta and SCBD markets.
• Conduct sales calls, presentations, and site inspections.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the team’s goals.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Sales Executive in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
• Passionate, driven, and possesses a strong desire to succeed in sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Good understanding of the local Jakarta hotel market.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Creative approach to problem-solving and sales.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel CRM software.
