Position: Guest Experience Staff (Mandarin Speaker)

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional, personalized service to all guests, with a special focus on Mandarin-speaking clientele.
• Assist with all front office duties, including check-in, check-out, and concierge services.
• Act as a key point of contact for guest inquiries, requests, and issue resolution.
• Translate communications and materials as needed to support Mandarin-speaking guests.
• Proactively engage with guests to anticipate their needs and create memorable experiences.

Qualifications:

• **Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory.**
• Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Relations in a 5-star hotel.
• Passionate about delivering the absolute best guest service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, courteous, and driven attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts in a dynamic environment.
