Position: Stewarding Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the stewarding team, ensuring all kitchens and F&B back-of-house areas are clean and organized.
• Manage the inventory, storage, and issuance of all chinaware, glassware, and cutlery.
• Oversee the operation of dishwashing machines and ensure sanitation standards are met.
• Implement and monitor HACCP and hygiene protocols.
• Control breakage and manage the inventory of cleaning supplies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a stewarding role, with at least 1 year as a supervisor in a 5-star hotel.
• Strong knowledge of hygiene, sanitation (HACCP), and chemical handling.
• Good leadership and organizational skills.
• Driven and passionate about maintaining high standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player with a responsible attitude.
• Experience in a Jakarta luxury hotel is preferred.
