Position: Chef de Cuisine – Events

Responsibilities:

• Lead the culinary operations for all hotel events, banquets, and outside catering.
• Design innovative and high-quality menus in collaboration with the Executive Chef and Event Sales team.
• Manage, train, and mentor the banquet culinary brigade to ensure flawless execution.
• Oversee all food production, plating, and presentation for events.
• Control food cost, manage inventory, and ensure strict adherence to HACCP standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine (Banquet) or senior Executive Sous Chef in a large, 5-star luxury hotel.
• Extensive experience managing high-volume, high-profile events and weddings.
• Strong culinary creativity and leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational and financial management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for turning passion into purpose in a culinary career.
• Experience in the Central Jakarta MICE market.
