Position: Chef de Partie – Li Lian

Responsibilities:

• Manage a specific station within the Li Lian (Chinese) kitchen, ensuring all dishes are prepared to standard.
• Supervise and train Commis Chefs on the station.
• Prepare ingredients, cook dishes, and ensure consistent quality and presentation.
• Assist the Sous Chef with inventory, ordering, and food cost control.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work station.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef, specializing in Chinese cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques (e.g., wok, dim sum, BBQ).
• Experience in a 5-star hotel or high-end Chinese restaurant.
• A passion for culinary excellence and authenticity.
• Good leadership and training skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, purpose-driven kitchen.
• Knowledge of HACCP standards.
