Position: Restaurant Asst. Manager – Li Lian
Responsibilities:
- Support the Li Lian Restaurant Manager in daily operations.
- Supervise the floor team, ensuring authentic and refined Chinese dining service.
- Assist in training staff on the menu, service standards, and cultural specifics.
- Manage guest relations, handle reservations, and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Oversee opening/closing procedures and assist with inventory control.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role in a high-end Chinese restaurant.
- Strong leadership skills and a passion for authentic hospitality.
- Knowledge of Chinese cuisine, tea, and dining etiquette.
- Excellent guest service and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong asset.
- Experience in a 5-star luxury hotel in Jakarta.
