Position: Restaurant Asst. Manager – Li Lian

Responsibilities:

• Support the Li Lian Restaurant Manager in daily operations.
• Supervise the floor team, ensuring authentic and refined Chinese dining service.
• Assist in training staff on the menu, service standards, and cultural specifics.
• Manage guest relations, handle reservations, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and assist with inventory control.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role in a high-end Chinese restaurant.
• Strong leadership skills and a passion for authentic hospitality.
• Knowledge of Chinese cuisine, tea, and dining etiquette.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong asset.
• Experience in a 5-star luxury hotel in Jakarta.
