Position: Laundry Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the hotel’s in-house laundry operation.
- Oversee the washing, drying, pressing, and finishing of all hotel linens, uniforms, and guest laundry.
- Ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
- Manage laundry equipment maintenance, chemical procurement, and cost control.
- Train, schedule, and supervise the laundry team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Laundry Manager in a large 5-star hotel with an in-house laundry facility.
- Strong technical knowledge of modern laundry equipment, chemicals, and processes.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Passionate about quality control and operational efficiency.
- Ability to manage inventory and control costs.
- Strong understanding of safety and sanitation standards.
- A talented leader for a dynamic team.
