Position: Housekeeping Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and inspect the work of Room Attendants and Public Area staff to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Assist in managing housekeeping inventory, including linens, supplies, and amenities.
- Train new and existing housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and service standards.
- Create staff schedules and assign daily tasks.
- Report and follow up on maintenance issues within guest rooms and public areas.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a luxury resort or hotel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.
- Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of housekeeping management software and inventory control.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced pre-opening environment in Canggu.
- Familiarity with chemical handling and safety standards.
